高铝水泥简介

      高铝水泥又称为矾土水泥，耐火水泥，铝酸盐水泥，统称为铝酸盐水泥，是以铝矾土和石灰石为原料，经煅烧制得的以铝酸钙为主要成分、氧化铝含量约50的熟料，再磨制成的水硬性胶凝材料，高铝水泥常为黄或褐色，也有呈灰色的。

高铝水泥特点

      1、细度：水泥颗粒越细，比表面积越大，水化反应越快越充分，早期和后期强度都较高。国家规定：比表面积应大于300平方米/千克，否则为不合格。

      2、凝结时间：为保证在施工时有充足的时间来完成搅拌、运输、成型等各种工艺，水泥的初凝时间不宜酞短；施工完毕后，希望水泥能尽快硬化，产生强度，所以终凝时间不宜酞长。硅酸盐水泥的初凝时间不得早于45分钟，终凝时间不得迟于390分钟。

      3、体积安定性：水泥浆体在凝结硬化过程中体积变化的均匀性称为水泥的体积安定性。如体积变化不均匀即体积安定性不良，容易产生翘曲和开裂，降低工程质量甚至出现事故。

      4、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能强：水化过程不析出游离氢氧化钙而是生成氢氧化铝凝胶，在颗粒表面形成保护膜，在后期晶体转化过程中抗侵蚀性有所降低。

      5、耐高温性好：高铝水泥可作为耐热混凝土的胶结材料，配置成耐热混凝土。

高铝水泥应用

      金林高铝水泥又称为铝酸盐水泥，耐火水泥，相当于625#水泥，因其具有优良的快凝，高强，耐高温之特点， 强度可达80，耐火度可达1450度，耐火混凝土强度可达55MPa，是工业窑炉工程中 的高温结合剂材料之一。

      1、配制不定形耐火材料。

      2、配制石膏矾土膨胀水泥、自应力水泥等特殊用途的水泥。

高铝水泥包装及运输

      1、包装袋为防潮袋，每袋重50kg（也可按客户要求包装）。

      2、运输储存期间防止包装破损，以免漏失或混入杂物。

      3、水泥在运输与存储时，不得受潮和混入杂物，不得与其他品种水泥混合存放。

      4、运输方式根据客户需求安排。
