木质素简介

      金林木质素又名木钙（木质素磺酸钙），是一种多组分高分子聚合物阴离子表面活性剂，外观为棕黄色粉末物质，略有芳香气味，分子量一般在800－10000之间，具有很强的分散性、粘结性、螯合性。目前木质素磺酸钙已被广泛用做水泥减水剂、耐火材料结合剂、陶瓷坯体增强剂、水煤浆分散剂、农药悬浮剂、皮革鞣革剂、炭黑造粒剂等，深受广大用户欢迎。

木质素特性

      1、有效物为木质素磺酸钙，是苯基丙烷的衍生物。

      2、属阴离子表面活性剂，有良好的水溶性。

      3、粘结力极强，浓度增加粘性越强，当浓度超过50时，粘结度显着提高。

      4、化学稳定性好，不燃烧，不爆炸，无毒无害。

      5、可复合改性，深加工成不同产品。

木质素用途

      1、用作混凝土减水剂：掺水泥量的0.250.3，可以减少用水量1014以上，改善混凝土和易性，提高工程质量。夏季使用，可抑制坍落度损失，一般都与高效减水剂复配使用。

      2、用作微粉冶金粘结剂：在选矿时,用作精选浮选剂,提高选矿的精度和速度;在冶炼时，用木质素与矿粉混合，制成矿粉球，干燥后放入窑中，可大幅度提高冶炼回收率。

      3、耐火材料：制造耐火材料砖瓦时，使用木质素分散剂和粘合剂，能显着改善操作性能，并有减水、增强、防止龟裂等良好效果。

      4、陶瓷：木质素用于陶瓷制品，可以减少浆料研磨时间，降低碳含量增加生坯强度，减少塑性粘土用量，泥浆流动性好，提高成品率70-90，烧结速度由70分钟减少为40分钟。

      5、用作饲料粘合剂，可提高家畜和家禽的喜食性，颗粒强度好，减少饲料的微粉量，减少粉料反回率，降低成本。模的损失减少，生产能力提高10-20。

      6、生物微(化)肥料行业，木质素不仅是作为粘胶剂，用作造粒成型剂；还可以作为肥料营养成份的重要来源，参与肥料的生产复配与发酵过程；还可以作为肥料缓释剂，制造 缓释生物肥；还可作为控水剂，降低肥料干燥成型成本。

      7、橡胶助剂，填充剂，在炼胶过程可以大量添加，可达橡胶基料的1.5倍以上，且不用添加软化剂。
