本机床采用上机体砂架升降结构，工作台相对于地面高度恒定，工件厚度变化时，机体升降。软胶辊采用25SH天然橡胶，弹性大，清除横纹、白边现象，精度高，并且使用寿命长，装置美国3M抛光辊，变频调速，高低可调，更将容易消除横纹现象，从而得到更优异的抛光效果,特别适用于生产线配套使用，是辊涂生产线上必备设备，与下砂机型联线使用，一次进料上下两面可同时砂光，效率高节省人力。
